Sunday morning meetings start at 10 am and alternate each week between Dharma Gatherings (DG) and Learn to Meditate (LTM). Dharma Gatherings begin with 30 minutes of sitting, followed by a teaching and discussion. Learn to Meditate offers more extended practice, alternating periods of sitting and walking meditation, and a brief teaching or reading. Meditation instruction is offered in a separate room, at each of these gatherings, for those who wish it. Both programs conclude with tea, cookies and conversation. Meditation cushions are provided.
