FOUNDATION SERIES COURSE
"Walking in the Footsteps of the Buddha"
The Foundation classes below are the first two in a sequence of courses to be offered at WBC, initiating a New Foundation Curriculum, designed to provide students with a complete overview of the Buddhist Path. A Series of Courses on the Fundamentals of Buddhist Meditation and Insight, as presented by Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche
We will be providing these new Foundation Coures at two of our locations, with similar but not identical content, as follows:
MOUNT KISCO: Wednesdays at The Center for Health and Healing. Starting Sept. 20th, 7-9PM
IRVINGTON: Sundays at The Eileen Fisher Headquarters. Starting Sept. 17th, 12:30-2:30PM
VAJRAYANA SERIES COURSE
