Mindfulness is currently being taught in schools at all levels of education, in doctor’s offices, hospitals, private companies, and of course yoga studios and meditation centers... and more. From a Buddhist perspective, dating back 2,600 years, it is a core function of mind, and a variety of practices constellate around it. We will discuss it as it pertains to our practice of meditation.
