We meet Wednesdays at The Center for Health and Healing, in Mt. Kisco, 7  - 9 PM. Sessions will be lead by Derek Kolleeny and other meditation instructors.

Both beginners and seasoned meditators are welcome. $10 Suggested Donation at the Door.

Weekly Dharma Gatherings begin with two 20-25 minute sessions of sitting practice, followed by a dharma talk based upon the book The Myth of Freedom and the Way of Meditation by Chögyam Trungpa with discussion. Meditation instruction is provided for those that want it in a separate room.
