Westchester Buddhist Center (WBC) is excited to be joining with the Mt. Kisco Center for Health & Healing (CFHH) to convene a monthly sitting group! Sessions will include meditation instruction for those new to the practice, meditation practice, and a short presentation on Buddhist meditation and insight, followed by discussion and refreshments. Sessions will be lead by Derek Kolleeny.
Derek Kolleey is a Senior Teacher in the tradition of Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche and teaches at the Shambhala Meditation Center of New York, is director of the Rime Shedra NYC (www.rimeshedra.nyc) and is a co-founder/leader of WBC, which meets Sunday mornings in Irvington.
