Fear is the root of the anxiety and discomfort which is at tangled around the core of our being. Even when we are not overtly threatened, this subtle tension is always there. This is the fear of uncertainty and of the vulnerability of our ultimate nature which has no protection mechanisms or privacy. From fear we spiral into self doubt and aggression, and so the world turns. Rinpoche will help us face this fear directly, which is the only way to begin to transform it into fearlessness.

Dharma Gatherings begin with 30 minutes of sitting practice, followed by a teaching and discussion.

All programs conclude with tea, cookies and conversation. Meditation cushions are provided.
